Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. Return window

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return, with no need to justify your decision — longer than the 14-day minimum required by consumer law. This applies to outlet and discounted items too.

2. How to return an item

In any of our physical stores: free of charge.
By post: a €5.99 return handling fee applies, deducted from your refund.

To start a return, email us at info@scity.es with your order number, or bring the item and proof of purchase to any of our stores. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll issue your refund within 14 days, to the original payment method (Stripe).

4. Right of withdrawal (online purchases)

Under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), consumers have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days with no justification required. SportCity voluntarily extends this to 30 calendar days, as above.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision with an unambiguous statement (for example, an email to info@scity.es). You may, though you don't have to, use the model withdrawal form below:

5. Legal warranty

All our products carry the 3-year legal warranty against non-conformity provided under Spanish consumer law, applicable to products purchased from 1 January 2022 onward.
